From April 20th to 21st, the "2021 China Cement Industry Summit and TOP100 Award Ceremony" hosted by China Cement Network was held in Hangzhou, Zhejiang. Specifically, the "Three Highs" refer to high resource costs, high reduction costs, and high environmental costs. "Dual Heavy" refers to heavy emission reduction tasks and serious overcapacity.
