A Complete Success! The First Training Course on Safe Production Management of Hazardous Chemical Road Transportation in 2021
On April 20-23, the China Hazardous Chemicals Logistics Technology and Equipment long march--Hazardous Chemicals Road Transportation Safety Production Management Training Course sponsored by the China Transportation Association Hazardous Chemicals Transportation Professional Committee was officially held in Hangzhou. CIMC Ruijiang supported throughout and appointed Wang Gang, deputy general manager of the liquid tank truck business department, and Mao Chunyi, technical director of the liquid tank truck market, to give on-site guidance.
The security problems constantly appear with the increasing quantity of the hazardous chemical transportation. As the total quantity of hazardous chemicals transportation continues to increase, safety risks continue to accumulate and emerge. In 2020, the General Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the General Office of the State Council issued the Opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening the Work Safety of Hazardous Chemicals, and the State Council Security Committee issued Three-year Action Plan for National Production Safety Special Rectification. On December 8, the Safety Committee of the Ministry of Transport issued the Notice on Carrying out the Centralized Rectification of Road Transportation Safety of Hazardous Chemicals, deciding to organize and carry out centralized rectification of road transportation safety of hazardous chemicals from December 2020 to the end of June 2021.
In order to thoroughly implement a series of document requirements for the safety management of dangerous goods production, storage and transportation by relevant ministries and commissions such as the Ministry of Transport, the Ministry of Public Security, and the Ministry of Emergency Management, strengthen industry self-discipline and standard development, and effectively improve the safety management level of road transportation of dangerous chemicals, resolutely curb the occurrence of major accidents and promote the safe, stable and high-quality development of the hazardous chemicals transportation and logistics industry. The Hazardous Chemicals Transportation Professional Committee of the China Communications and Transportation Association hosted the China Hazardous Chemicals Logistics Technology and Equipment long march, which specifically arranged systematic and comprehensive training courses for the safety management of hazardous chemical road transport enterprises.

As the first station of this long march, the Hangzhou Training Conference invited leaders of regional government authorities, experts in the hazardous chemical logistics industry, and well-known enterprises to give lectures and interactive exchanges on policies, laws and regulations, and standards of the hazardous logistics industry, providing strategies for us to study and explore in terms of dangerous goods logistics industry technical equipment application requirements.
